PULPDENT Corporation held a 70th anniversary celebration with special guest Richard Dalton from the Massachusetts Office of Business Development. The celebration kicked off with a presentation by Larry Clark, Director of Clinical Affairs and Marketing, on Pulpdent’s groundbreaking developments in bioactive dental materials, followed by a tour of Pulpdent’s manufacturing facility. The event concluded with anniversary cake from Russo’s (a local Watertown favorite).
Mr. Dalton presented Pulpdent with a citation from Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker in recognition of the company’s 70th anniversary and in appreciation of Pulpdent’s commitment to improving dental public health.
“Pulpdent is an example of what makes Massachusetts a unique business environment. Pulpdent has developed a new technology – bioactive dental materials – that is changing the face of dentistry for the better. This combination of research, innovation and manufacturing at Pulpdent is energizing our local economy while also benefitting oral health at the state level and beyond,” said Dalton.
Leah Berk, Media and Communications Manager, presented Mr. Dalton with a copy of Save That Tooth, written by her grandfather and Pulpdent founder, Dr. Harold Berk.
