Job Summary
Pulpdent is seeking a Regional Manager for Southern California who is located in North LA or Inland Empire and will be responsible for increasing the reputation of Pulpdent and the sales of Pulpdent products for Southern California. The Regional Manager is a goal oriented and tenacious sales professional who is motivated to generate business and win leads.
Essential Functions
Increase the reputation of Pulpdent and the sales of Pulpdent products through:
- Dental dealers and dealer sales personnel through regular contact, training sessions, sales meetings, co-travel, newsletters, dealer shows and other programs;
- Engaging emerging DSO/Group Practices
- Visiting dental schools, hygiene schools and dental assisting programs;
- Promoting Pulpdent products with lecturers and opinion makers;
- Pursuing opportunities for the writing and publication of articles on Pulpdent products in the dental press;
- Pursuing community hygiene programs, public health organizations and other governmental agencies (military, prisons, Indian health, etc.);
- Visiting dental offices and providing lunch and learns and other educational/promotional programs for dental offices;
- Participating in study groups;
- Participating in dental exhibitions;
- Being the eyes and ears of Pulpdent in the marketplace as well as its trusted spokesperson.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Proven track record in generating new leads and closing sales
- Willingness and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a remote team
- Ability to develop and maintain a relationship with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with dental industry a plus
- Familiarity with CRM use a plus
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Located in Northern LA or Inland Empire
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work remotely

Job Summary
The Research Associate will work full time and will work with the Senior Scientist to research new devices, design and perform studies to support various projects. The candidate should have excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and be familiar with Good Laboratory Practices
Essential Functions
- Complete required ISO testing of new and existing products
- Design and independently perform experiments utilizing the latest literature
- Keep accurate record of experiments and summarize the results in written reports
- Troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions to solve issues that arise within the laboratory or production. Present findings and suggest solutions to the Senior Scientist
- Assist production activities, especially during new product development, by weighing ingredients, mixing materials and following standard operating procedures
- Create, follow and maintain standard operating procedures
- Organize the lab workspace and maintain laboratory equipment and tools in clean, safe, and good conditions. Clean, maintain, and prepare supplies and work areas
- Routine cleaning, maintenance and management of all laboratory equipment Maintain lab supplies
- Assist with maintaining batch records
- Conduct laboratory work in safe, efficient manner that ensures a safe working environment for colleagues.
- Monitor processes to ensure consistency and reliability
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelors in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field: 2+ years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and analytical skills Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Aptitude in performing the detailed job requirements noted below safely and proficiently
Preferred Education & Experience
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Familiarity with batch chemical manufacturing
- Familiarity with dental materials and/or medical devices is a plus
- Experience and understanding of spectroscopy techniques including UV-Vis, FTIR and Spectrophotometry
- Familiarity with mechanical testing of polymers is a plus
- Familiarity with ISO testing procedures
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to be on site 100% of working time
- Ability to be exposed to loud equipment on occasion
- Ability to be exposed to a filtered light environment on occasion
- Ability to be exposed to acids and raw chemicals on occasion
- Ability to lift various objects up to 20lbs
- Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods of time

Job Summary
Pulpdent is seeking full time committed personnel to work with a semi-automated/manual machine that is fast paced. The work must be done in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. This position is also responsible for onsite quality control of the product.
Essential Functions
- Work on a machine which manufactures finished product by bagging finished product and quality checking each item
- Stand, walk, be mobile for long periods of time
- Work on semi-automated machine for long periods of time
- Complete minor administrative tasks and paperwork to ensure information is documented properly
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with fully automated machines a plus
- Experience with regulatory, compliance, or QC departments
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Job Summary
Pulpdent is seeking part time committed personnel to work with semi-automated/manual machines that fill dental material into syringes and other vessels. The hours are Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The work must be done in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. This position also masters the flow of paperwork to ensure the correct products are filled
Essential Functions
- Fill syringes of various sizes with different dental material with accuracy and efficiency
- Work on semi-automated machine for long periods of time
- Complete minor administrative tasks and paperwork to ensure information is documented properly
- Ability to work in a dark room for extended periods of time
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with fully automated machines a plus
- Experience with regulatory, compliance, or QC departments
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
