Job Summary
Pulpdent is seeking a full time on site data analyst to provide cross functional support and expertise amongst our strategy, sales & marketing operations, finance teams by providing insights and analytics. Pulpdent is looking for a candidate who is data driven, detail oriented, analytical, and excited about our products.
Essential Functions
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP system, CRM, databases) to help inform business decisions and support business objectives. Automate key repetitive processes.
- Utilize analyses to communicate recommendations to department heads, inform business decisions
- Develop systems, dashboards and reports to help track key performance indicators across sales ops, finance, and product development
- Produce models and data visualizations utilizing spreadsheets and analytics platforms
- Analyze financial performance data, help identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with finance to generate, format, track and reconcile ongoing sales reporting related to rebates, chargebacks, credits and commissions
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, product demand, and opportunities for growth
- Analyze product performance data and metrics to inform product development, management of product lifecycles
- Automate data collection processes, improve reporting efficiencies
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional, related experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for data visualization (e.g., Excel, Access, Crystal)
- Proficiency in Python, R or PowerBI preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise resources programs (ERPs) and customer resource management (CRMs) tools. Macola experience a plus.
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Extreme attention to detail
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Must be able to commute to Watertown, MA
- Must be able to be in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Onsite in Watertown minimum 4 days/week

Job Summary
The National Account Manager is responsible for planning and executing a customized sales strategy for their unique segment of DSO accounts including emerging group accounts, mid-market accounts, elite accounts and community & federal health accounts. This position is deeply knowledgeable in the DSO/CHC segment and builds and maintains close relationships with the “C Suite”, Clinical Directors, and our distribution partners. The National Account Manager is always available to their clients, contacting them on a regular basis, participating in and hosting local events, training and educating key personnel, and always working to better understand the clinical and business needs of our customers. The National Account Manager will be supported by Pulpdent Sales Representatives across the United States and reports directly to the Sales Director – North America.
Essential Functions
- Designs and executes customized sales strategies, in conjunction with the National Sales Director.
- Works closely with local Pulpdent sales team and leadership to openly discuss on-boarding strategies, competitive landscape by account, key challenges and successes
- Remains knowledgeable about personnel changes in DSO accounts
- Maintains close relationships and collaborates with key distribution personnel
- Manages opportunity pipeline and reviews with National Sales Director monthly
- Utilizes Salesforce on a daily and weekly basis to report sales call activity, updates and follow ups, and manage growth opportunities in existing accounts
- Provides quality product training to new customers and new staff in existing accounts
- Meets annually with key accounts to review PY business and negotiate or re-negotiate contracts
- Participate in industry trade shows
- Plans and coordinates Continuing Education events
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outside sales, dental sales preferred but not required
- Knowledge and deep understanding of the Sales Process as it pertains to DSO’s
- Ability to work independently, self-starter
- Proven ability to execute and follow through a sales plan
- Planning and organizational skills
- A positive, professional, and proactive attitude
- Leadership and management skills
- Adept at building trust and credibility
- Competitive with an ability to work well with teams with strong motivational skills

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time

Job Summary
Pulpdent is seeking a Regional Manager for Southern California who is located in North LA or Inland Empire and will be responsible for increasing the reputation of Pulpdent and the sales of Pulpdent products for Southern California. The Regional Manager is a goal oriented and tenacious sales professional who is motivated to generate business and win leads.
Essential Functions
Increase the reputation of Pulpdent and the sales of Pulpdent products through:
- Dental dealers and dealer sales personnel through regular contact, training sessions, sales meetings, co-travel, newsletters, dealer shows and other programs;
- Engaging emerging DSO/Group Practices
- Visiting dental schools, hygiene schools and dental assisting programs;
- Promoting Pulpdent products with lecturers and opinion makers;
- Pursuing opportunities for the writing and publication of articles on Pulpdent products in the dental press;
- Pursuing community hygiene programs, public health organizations and other governmental agencies (military, prisons, Indian health, etc.);
- Visiting dental offices and providing lunch and learns and other educational/promotional programs for dental offices;
- Participating in study groups;
- Participating in dental exhibitions;
- Being the eyes and ears of Pulpdent in the marketplace as well as its trusted spokesperson.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Proven track record in generating new leads and closing sales
- Willingness and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a remote team
- Ability to develop and maintain a relationship with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with dental industry a plus
- Familiarity with CRM use a plus

Job Summary
The Director of International Sales is a dynamic and multi-faceted role that is responsible for leading and driving growth, market expansion, and revenue generation globally. The Director of International Sales plays a critical role in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across the globe. The Director of International Sales reports directly to Pulpdent ownership.
Essential Functions
- Identify new international markets where Pulpdent does not currently have a presence, perform market analysis to determine potential success, make recommendations and propose business plan
- Analyze current markets and determine potential, make recommendations based on data
- Implement strategic and regular communications to all international customers to grow Pulpdent’s sales and foster existing relationships
- Create strategies based on research that will lead to successful sales in individual international markets
- Work closely with Pulpdent European Manager, and other international managers with whom Pulpdent may engage in the future, to develop goals and strategies
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience cultivating relationships in the dental industry
- Extensive experience in international sales and business development
- Ability to produce and present presentations to both internal and external audiences
- Training experience with foreign dealers, preferred
- Sales and customer interaction experience
- Professionalism and an ability to remain objective
- Excellent time management skills, a self-starter able to work under pressure from demanding departments and management
- Deep understanding of Pulpdent products management life cycle
- Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management departments to develop messaging and descriptions of products
- General understanding of regulatory requirements for international markets
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This position requires domestic and international travel as much as 50% of the time
